I am a Polymer Chemist and Technical Product Development Leader with 16+ years of experience spanning organic and polymer materials, cosmetics, semiconductor materials, photoresists (KrF, ArF, 193i), pressure-sensitive adhesives (PSA), packaging, coatings, and advanced polymer systems.My career has focused on bridging chemistry, manufacturing, and business strategy — scaling lab innovations into pilot and high-volume production while ensuring safety, quality, and commercial success.At DuPont Electronic Polymers, I led cross-functional global teams across the U.S, Japan, and Canada to develop and commercialize high-performance polymers.
