Develop proposals and quotes based upon client needs, specifications, and product offerings. • Cross-reference competitors’ product/catalog codes with Leviton Lighting Brands. • Preparing quotes into ERP System (Microsoft Dynamics AX). • Provides support to Outside Sales Representatives and Agency Representatives. • Source competitor information analyze competitor product offerings, application, and pricing. • Act as the initial point of contact for all technical questions from customers/agents and help resolve technical issues by initially identifying the problem. • Helps identify and develop new sales opportunities and provide analysis on lost opportunities and turn them into wins. • Conduct follow-ups with customers on quotes and undertake activities to secure the sale. • Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and informed of any changes. • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
