Responsible for interface between Customer and Cisco to handle all Critical, Catastrophic, and escalated issues for Reliance Jio’s MPLS network, later moved to Platform Operation Team to support around 100+ customers for their platform related issues. Manage process to restore normal service operation as quickly as possible to minimize impact to business operations ensuring that agreed level of service quality is maintained. Function as single point of flow of information to customer during and after incident resolution till RCA is provided. In addition to my current responsibilities, I also perform the role as Functional Manager for HSBC & Knowledge Manager for Platform Operations. Proficient in usage of tools like, ServiceNow, Case one, EM7 and Remedy.
