ABOUT ABRA SCHWARTZ COLEGROVE

I’m an experienced Talent Acquisition and HR leader with a strong record of building scalable recruiting strategies, strengthening internal mobility, and driving workforce planning across manufacturing, technology, and corporate environments.During my time at Georgia-Pacific and Koch Industries, I led end-to-end recruiting for high-impact roles, launched veteran hiring programs, and designed an internal displacement process that greatly improved outcomes for employees navigating organizational change. After supporting several major workforce transitions and building the company’s internal mobility framework in 2019, I stepped into a new challenge in 2022 outside of Talent Acquisition.In that role, I developed and led a capability focused on automation monitoring and analytics to enhance asset reliability for Georgia-Pacific’s autonomous vehicle fleets. I built a cross-functional team that empowered sites with data-driven maintenance insights, improving operational efficiency and system performance. This experience broadened my operational perspective and reaffirmed where my passion truly lies: helping people connect with the right opportunities.I’m now proud to be back in Talent Acquisition as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Insulet Corporation, supporting the US and Canadian commercial sales organization and contributing to Insulet’s mission of improving life for people managing diabetes. I bring a refreshed operational lens, strong business alignment, and a genuine passion for building talent strategies that make an impact.
