The program followed an Agile Scrum delivery model.Led API, SIT, UAT and end of day batch testing phases. Oversaw test approach, test planning (JIRA + Azure DevOps), defect triage (JIRA), test metrics and prioritisation of test related items in sprint planning. Was hands on with much of the test execution (Xray + Azure DevOps), issue triage and infrastructure setups.Coordinated test environments across various vendors and downstream teams, Assisted with release planning and sign-off process.Facilitated business process workshops, UAT planning and supported go-live planning and setups.
