About Liz Schilken

With 20 years of experience in project/program management, engineering, and supply chain, I am a Senior Manager at Hologic, Inc, a global leader in women\'s health. I hold an MBA, PMP, and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, using these methodologies to optimize systems and processes, both technical and non-technical.In my current role, I manage a team executing cross-functional projects covering business strategy and product development. I apply my analytical, communication, and leadership skills to identify and resolve issues, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
