ABOUT AYOUB BOUGUETTAYA

As a Mixed Methods researcher and Social/Health Psychologist, I have extensive experience solving real-world problems using social psychology. My primary expertise lies in applying social psychology principles to understand human behavior and derive data-driven solutions to organizational and societal problems.My research approach is heavily influenced by how social identity affects people\'s understanding of the world and their subsequent behaviors. To better understand this, I use qualitative methods such as focus groups, one-on-one interviews, and text analysis, and quantitative methods such as experiments and surveys. I have used various software tools and methods, including SPSS, Excel, Qualtrics, NVIVO, COVIDENCE, systematic reviews, regression, t-tests, RMANOVAs, GLMs, interpretive phenomenological analysis, thematic analysis, and multilevel modeling, and I\'m equally comfortable with qualitative and quantitative research.I\'m passionate about communication and education, which has led me to over a decade of experience in higher education. I\'ve been involved in several public outreach programs, lectures, and panel debates, and even published in newspapers, discussing how to communicate better with others in emergencies.My adaptability, combined with my purpose-driven approach, enables me to gain a deeper understanding of when and why people do what they do, while considering the needs of relevant stakeholders. My attention to detail, investigative skills, research administration and project management experience, as well as my proficiency in computer technology, communication, and quality assurance, make me an ideal fit for private industry researchers.In summary, my research skills, passion for communication and education, and experience in higher education and editorial development make me a valuable asset to any research team.
