ABOUT ANEERUDHA RUDA BORKOTOKY

Aneerudha (Ruda) is an operator and specialist-generalist who loves building new businesses and bringing great ideas to life. He is currently leading Electrification Strategy at Element Fleet Management, the world\'s largest fleet manager, creating net-new business lines supporting EV charging, energy management and decarbonization solutions. He has also been an entrepreneur, and set up successful new business lines at DoorDash and StrategyCorp.At DoorDash, Ruda led the New Verticals business in Canada, overseeing Grocery, Convenience, Alcohol, Pets, and Retail. He set up the new verticals team, launched foundational partnerships and logistics infrastructure, and managed a cross-functional team while building a business that would become a primary growth driver for DoorDash in Canada.Previously, Ruda was the General Manager at Carlease Rent a Car, a fast-growing car leasing company in the Middle East. There he led technological and operational innovations, transforming the company into an industry leader which was recognized 6 years in a row for its customer focus. Ruda began his career in management consulting with Deloitte and StrategyCorp, advising clients on strategic planning, capital projects, business cases, and public policy. He has also served as Chairman of the Canadian Business Council (the youngest in the CBC\'s 25+ year history) and Director at the Canada-UAE Business Council, helping to advocate for Canada\'s international trading relationships.He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University, where he received numerous awards for exemplary leadership. He is a member of McGill’s Scarlet Key Honor Society.
