I am a researcher and engineer with expertise in mechanical engineering, automation, additive manufacturing, and Industry 4.0 applications like smart manufacturing, lean manufacturing,supply chain management, optimisation, etc. My work focuses on in-situ process monitoring and feedback control systems for Wire Arc Additive Manufacturing (WAAM). I have developed a real-time temperature feedback system that has improved process stability, bead uniformity (27.1% height increase, 14.7% width reduction), and overall efficiency (22%) while ensuring material property optimisation. My research integrates automation, big data, and IoT for smart manufacturing applications, and I actively contribute to leadership and organisational initiatives.
