About Andrew – I have worked in education since 2003 as a School Business Professional working closely with Head teachers, Governors and System Leaders to deliver the best outcomes for young people through the efficient and effective use of resources. I left my last School based role in 2016 to create my consultancy ‘School Business Partner’. My aim is to equip education leaders with the skills, confidence and resilience needed to lead their schools towards educational excellence.My clients – I work with Principals, Headteachers and leadership teams in Primary and Secondary Schools, Multi-Academy Trusts & Colleges. Resource Management – as an accredited School Resource Management Advisor (SRMA) I work with educational leaders to review resource management within their institutions, identifying options for making savings, generating additional revenue and increasing the impact of their spending plans. Leadership and Management Coaching – as a Barefoot Coaching Trained Coach I work with Head teachers, School Business Professionals and other members of the school leadership and management team by offering a personalised programme of leadership coaching sessions. Helping leaders to develop their levels of emotional intelligence, personal effectiveness and leadership presence leveraging improved levels of employee engagement. I specialise in helping School Business Professionals develop their voice, confidence and assertiveness in an arena where they will be the only non-teaching professional at the leadership table.Governance Services – I work with school governing bodies to assist them in their strategic management of their educational institutions. I do this through the delivery of 1 -2 – 1 coaching, governance training and clerking services. Helping governing bodies to be efficient, strategically focussed and maximise their impact as volunteers in delivering school improvement.Clerks – I have a great team of governance clerks who work with me in supporting school governing boards. We work with academies and LA maintained schools including primaries secondaries and faith schools.Specialisms – I am trained in coaching, Transactional Analysis (TA) and Neuro Linguistic Planning (NLP).
