Support the shelter/NFI operations by liaising with Procurement, Finance, HR, and Logistics units of IOM Addis Ababa to ensure that requests from the field operations are met in the required timelines.• Prepare and follow up on payment vouchers and purchase requests and make sure payments and procured items are delivered on time to avoid any delay in the implementation of IOM shelter/NFI activities.• Follow up with warehouse and procurement staff in Addis Ababa and in the sub-offices to keep a good tracking of procured and stored items, and to update the inventory tracking tool accordingly on a regular basis.• Take care of all logistical needs of the shelter and ES/NFI programme staff, including communication, transportation, etc.• Liaise with the HR unit regarding field staff, consultants and daily workers’ contracts, supporting documents, attendance sheets and other HR-related issues.• Ensure that all visibility material required by the donors and IOM are procured and sent to the field. Also liaise with field staff to make sure these material are being used properly.• Undertake duty travels related to project implementation.• Perform other duties that may be assigned.
