Drive development of AI-powered and GIS-centric software tool that support lead service line identification, risk-based capital planning, and regulatory compliance across hundreds of U.S. water systems. Served as lead product voice in enterprise sales and customer renewals, delivering demos, tailoring solutions, and supporting strategic deployments across new and existing markets.Key Achievements- Drove platform strategy and IP development to create modular AI tools that connect machine learning solutions to real world civic problems like lead service line inventory- Led the national launch of LeadOut Map, a first-of-its-kind public AI tool estimating lead pipe risk across U.S. communities. Funded in partnership with Google.org and The Rockefeller Foundation- Built and scaled predictive planning products for water mains maintenance and replacement in the Esri ecosystem including explainable models, consequence-of-failure layers, and configurable dashboards used by 275+ cities- Created and operationalized state-specific regulatory pipelines through custom data conversion systems, enabling utilities to meet EPA and LCRR compliance deadlines with minimal lift- Received Esri’s GIS for Good Award and nominated for the Analytics Award at the 2024 Esri Partner Conference for impactful, AI-integrated use of geospatial tools to advance environmental justice, health equity, and infrastructure modernization.
