As a highly motivated, well-rounded clinical pharmacist with a wealth of knowledge in both inpatient and outpatient clinical operations, I have demonstrated success in managing the provision of clinically appropriate, safe, and cost-effective pharmacological therapy. Throughout my career, I have developed a strong expertise in medication therapy management, disease state management, and patient education.In my current role, I am responsible for managing the medication regimens of a diverse patient population and providing recommendations to healthcare providers on the safe and effective use of medications.
