I build and scale digital bill payment experiences used by millions of customers.Over the last 5+ years in Banking sector (with 3+ years focused on BillPay and digital payments), I have been working at HDFC Bank on BBPS integrations, recurring payments (SI/Autopay via cards) and end-to-end digital bill pay journeys.In my current role, I lead the BillPay product across HDFC’s digital platforms — partnering with business, tech, operations and BBPS stakeholders to improve registration journeys, increase transaction success rates and drive adoption through targeted campaigns. My work sits at the intersection of product strategy, data and execution.I enjoy solving for scale: simplifying complex payment flows, improving conversion and building campaigns that actually move metrics. I regularly use SQL, Excel and dashboards to identify drop-offs, run experiments and improve user journeys.I hold an MBA from IIM Mumbai and am keen to work on payment and fintech products that operate at large scale.If you’re building in bill payments, UPI, or recurring payments, I am always open to exchanging ideas.
