Ever since I was a kid, I have always been fascinated by buildings. That fascination has led me to pursue Architecture, then a Master\'s degree, 10+ years of professional experience, and certifications in project management & sustainability. I was fortunate enough to take up different roles in the construction industry. Contrary to all my previous roles, my current role in TaskUs has pushed my boundaries to enhance further my project management, communication and stakeholder management skills. I not only work on expansion projects but also various other internal and client implementation projects. I have gained a variety of hard & soft skills throughout my career. Being an Architect contributed to my presentation, time management, problem-solving and critical thinking skills. The project coordinator role was instrumental in establishing Project management, communication, facilitation, conflict management and decision-making skills. As a BIM project manager, I handled international clients and a 15-member project team. This developed my cultural awareness, emotional intelligence, influencing, leadership skills, team building, motivation and negotiation skills.
