Hey there! Thanks for taking the time to get to know me better. I have ~5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the EMS and Hospital product analytics space and most recently as a Product Owner at ZOLL Data. I am authorized to work in the U.S. as a legal permanent resident.I have a Master of Science in Information Systems from Virginia Commonwealth University, where I graduated with a 4.0 CGPA and on the Dean\'s List. I am also a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB). I am passionate about leveraging data and technology to solve complex business problems and create value for the customers and the organization. Working on maintaining and improving Insights and Analytics dashboards for all departments like Billing, ARBoost, Core Operations etc.2. Prioritizing project goals between Product and Engineering and tracking goal progress for Product Directors and Heads of Product.3. Eliciting requirements through meaningful discussions with Technical Product Managers, Business Managers and Directors and maintaining the product backlog and refinement in JIRA.
