Process Integration Engineer at TSMC Arizona with a specialized background in advanced FinFET semiconductor manufacturing (N4/N5). Currently leading F21 yield enhancement and simultaneously working on new product tape-outs as a Product Lot Owner of multiple products.I hold a Master’s degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Arizona State University, where my research focused on the gallium oxide (Ga₂O₃) material system. I gained hands-on experience in device fabrication through extensive work in a Class 100 cleanroom.Previously, I interned as a Process Integration Intern at TSMC Arizona (Summer 2023), working on N4/N5 technology nodes. My experience includes big data analysis of inline process issues across FEOL, MEOL, and BEOL, along with yield and WAT monitoring.
