Senior environmental policy and development advisor with over 20 years’ experience working at the science–policy–practice interface on biodiversity, ecosystem services, and sustainable development. Trusted partner to governments and intergovernmental processes, translating evidence into policy and implementation, with a strong focus on IPBES, the Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD), the Kunming–Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework, the SDGs, and other multilateral environmental agreements.Leads and advises multi-country and multi-million-dollar programmes that strengthen national biodiversity planning and reporting (including NBSAPs), institutional capacity, and stakeholder engagement, while mainstreaming nature across development sectors.
