I hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering and possess a keen interest in design and analysis. As a proactive and hardworking engineer, I bring a distinctive blend of technical expertise and organizational skills. With a high level of intuition and creativity in design, my passion lies in exploring applications of mechanical design in real-world scenarios, particularly in the domains of electronics packaging, robotics, automotive, and other relevant fields.Currently as Platform Hardware Design Engineering Manager, I specialize in overseeing the creation of crucial design elements such as IHS, Stiffener, Tape and Reel, Process tray, and Assembly drawings. My background in pathfinding designs highlights my capacity to drive innovation and establish new industry benchmarks. Through strategic planning and collaborative team leadership, I intend to make a positive impact on the company by consistently delivering high-quality designs within specified timelines.I was working as an Engineering Intern at Doors In Motion, being the only mechanical guy at the Tempe location, I played a pivotal role in the design and development of \"Motor Disengagement project\" in collaboration with engineers from HQ in Rochester. Designed multiple jigs for the manufacturing team, which helped in their productivity by a great amount. Also worked on the design of a power module in reducing its size to one-fifth of its actual size. Working in sync with an Electrical Engineering under a tight deadline. I have also worked as a Research Assistant in Dr Hamid Marvi’s Bio-Inspired Robotics Technology and Healthcare (Birth) Lab in designing and building a fluidised bed set up for an experimental analysis. I was with Arizona State University Formula SAE team in the ergonomics and manufacturing department in building the car for 2016. I was leading the Drivetrain team for 2017.Previously worked as a Design Engineer for 4 years at HCL Technologies, my responsibilities were to create models, assemblies and drawings using various CAD tools and deliver them to the customers. Performing extensive data analysis as well as costing analysis and preparing reports and submitted work status to the customer were also a part of my responsibilities.Technical Skills: Programming tools I’m familiar with are MATLAB, Cad Tools I’m familiar with are Solid Works, PTC Creo, Pro/Engineer, Auto Desk, NX, Mentor, ANSYS and also familiar with GD & T, JMP Statistical Tool and Microsoft Office.Other interests are motorcycle riding (street/track), design innovations, sketching, painting, DIY.
