Summary I am Abir Majumder, currently working in Accenture Mumbai in pre matching team.Prior Joining Barclays Chennai, got an opportunity to work in FICC Derivatives in London Barclay\'s, Worked in Deutsche bank for two years in Fixed Income (brokerage). I did Bachelor of business administration (BBA) from Rajasthan University,(India). Carrier Achievements It has been my pleasure to work in this organization with good and talented people along with great learning throughout the period. Also I was able to add value and contribute to team and organizational growth. Deutsche bank • Recognised by cluster head and global head of business engineering team and received cash award. • Received Spot award for making the Macro Project successful and saving of 1 Ft from the team. • Being a detailed and self motivated person, was able to catch wrong invoices and brought to the notice of higher management. Barclays bank • Received appreciation from Global director and Director for making error free FICC dashboard report. • Got scholarship from Barclays London for doing Mountbatten course in London. • Helped team by writing detailed process and procedure documents so tasks can be moved smoothly to India. • Initiated a white belt project for the entire pre-matching team. • A Macro for Pair off will do a 0.5 FT save and the idea was given by me. • the macro will make the process more error free and less manual intervention will be required. • Two more ideas are given which are in pipeline and will be implemented soon.
