   Oversaw all data and analytics projects and pipelines in concert with the Engineering and Product teams to build scalable long-term data infrastructure in the largest paid relational outreach program ever.Built and managed a team of 10 state-specific data analysts, overseeing machine learning, data analytics, and engineering projects, prioritizing timely analysis and providing robust insights to support data driven decision-making.Developed and implemented a neural network model leveraging natural language inputs and additional features to detect fraudulent activity and remove bad actors in a volunteer outreach program, achieving a 91% detection accuracy and enhancing overall program integrity.Engineered a gradient boosting regression model to identify zip codes with the highest volunteer recruitment potential and a supervised classification model that achieved 94% accuracy in predicting individual volunteer retention.Developed and maintained 40+ batch processing jobs using Python and SQL, automating critical workflows and optimizing performance.Served as the initial point of contact for technical support workflow with individuals within Empower as well as 10+ partner organizations, translating complex technical issues into clear, actionable guidance and ensuring prompt, effective resolutions.
