Design and document Operations work management processes and transactions to standardize across business units/divisions. Act as a process and continuous improvement specialist, providing advice, recommendations, and guidance on work management processes throughout the organization.Lead cross-functional and cross-disciplinary teams within the Business unit for the development of business processes and resolution of complex issues as they relate to work management and the Work Management Systems. Provide research and recommendations in developing a framework to monitor and measure the success of standardized Work Management processes. Lead all the change management efforts of Manitoba Hydro Work Management department. Review and audit work management processes through data analytics. management
