I lead the program unit in designing intervention proposals to address health and human rights issues in grassroots communities in Lagos State.• I develop fund raising proposals and identify funding sources for interventions by my organization.• I develop action plans for community mapping and needs assessments to support design of relevant intervention programs by the program unit.• I also coordinate the review of program work plans in relation to approved program design and anticipated outputs and outcomes. • Based on approval from the Board of Directors I review Monitoring and Evaluation Plans to track progress towards attaining outputs and outcomes for funded proposals.• I participate in and lead advocacy and community mobilization activities within intervention sites in the State.• I monitor compliance to standard project delivery protocols; document lessons learned and foster the application of best practices in field activities. • I review program unit reports as well as projects and program reports for the organization
