As an executive at Biocon, one of India\'s leading biopharmaceutical companies, I apply my engineering and project management skills to support the development and production of innovative and affordable medicines. I joined Biocon in March 2023 as an apprentice, after completing my BTech degree in chemical engineering from Anna University Chennai in June 2022. During my apprenticeship, I gained valuable experience in conducting research, designing experiments, and optimizing processes for various biotechnology products. In October 2023, I was promoted to executive, and since then I have been involved in several projects related to biosimilars, novel biologics, and vaccines. I have also contributed to the quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and safety standards of Biocon\'s operations. I enjoy working with a diverse and talented team of engineers, scientists, and managers, who share a common vision of improving human health and well-being through biotechnology. I am passionate about learning new skills, exploring new challenges, and making a positive impact in the field of biotechnology.
