I have attended various international trainings including train the trainer program and I coach my subordinates depending on the assignments given.Some of the Key areas of my duties includes customer service management, crisis intervention, baggage handling, medical emergencies, team management, lost and found, mentoring subordinates, airline software handling, airline ground operations management, ticketing and reservation and so on.
