Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies through root cause analysis, daily audits, and systematic reporting- Reduce negative inventories via targeted cycle counts and proactive inventory control measures- Managing blocked inventories, reconciling and inventory adjustments- Manage JIT schedules submitted via EDI from customers and calculate daily production and inventory requirements accordingly- Coordinate closely with the customer and production planning department to resolve order, schedule, and material discrepancies- Plot and analyze customer requirements; generate and process deliveries using the SAP system- Maintain organized archiving of all shipping and receiving documentation to ensure traceability and compliance- Ensure compliance with quality and environmental standards including ISO, IATF16949, and ISO14001- Collect, monitor, and report data in support of the Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) management system- Actively participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance inventory control and operational efficiency.
