   Management Trainee at BEML’s Futuristic Product Innovation & Incubation Centre (FPIIC), Part of R&D team of India\'s first high-speed rail (MAHSR)development and prototype-to-pilot manufacturing.Part of team initiatives to reduce production bottlenecks in steering case assembly, implementing a hydraulic weld positioner that cut cycle time by 8 hours.Rotated across multiple BEML plants, gaining end-to-end exposure to rail manufacturing, prototyping, and operational excellence.
