I’m a Human Resources professional passionate about building efficient people processes and enabling talent to thrive. With an MBA in HR and over 2 years of cross-functional experience across recruitment, HR operations, payroll, compliance, and HRIS, I bring a structured yet people-first approach to every role I take on. From driving large-scale assessment processes for over 3,400 frontline employees to managing end-to-end recruitment cycles, campus drives, and payroll operations, I’ve worked across diverse setups — including manufacturing, FMCG, EdTech, and start-ups. I’m skilled in using digital HR tools, data-driven dashboards, and Excel-based analytics to streamline workflows and improve decision-making.
