Key responsibilities include:• Review and verification of contractor bills, RA bills, material reconciliation, and DPRs. • Quantity verification against approved drawings and site execution to ensure billing accuracy. • Timeline review and delay analysis to assess reasons for execution delays and their impact on project milestones. • Monitoring resource utilization (manpower, equipment, materials) and reporting on efficiency and productivity. • Non-conformance report (NCR) compliance review and follow-up to ensure timely closure of quality issues. • Adherence to contract agreement in terms of design, quality, technical compliance, and process control. • Identifying scope discrepancies and flagging potential cost and schedule risks to the client. • Coordination with execution and planning teams for validation of extra item claims and deviation approvals. • Preparation of audit observations and reports for senior management to support informed decision-making.
