An enthusiastic, energetic and focused real estate consultant with over six years of cognate experience in the real property sector. He recently made a switch to Broll-Nigeria as a Senior Broker having worked with Leke Sanni & Associates as branch head at Ikoyi, Lagos, Nigeria. He handled over 150 properties in the portfolio with a successful and consistent track record of achieving high returns for clients. He brokered over $9.35million (gross) deals in terms of property sales and leases for the company. In the last 6 years, he valued a combination of commercial and residential properties in the south-west of the country estimated to be worth over $220million. A list of clienteles; KPMG, NOKIA, Weatherford Nigeria, SINOPEC Nigeria, OPTS Nigeria, Eye Foundation Hospital, Reddington Hospital, Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON), Sterling Bank Plc, 21st Century Technologies and Mindray Nigeria among others. In addition to his wealth of experience in real estate and his broad base of high net worth clients, he participated in series of local trainings and foreign workshops; amongst are African & Middle East Conference (AMEC) held in Gaborone, Botswana in 2013 and a Nigerian delegate to JCI Global Partnership Summit held in NY, USA in 2013 and 2015 AMEC held in Accra, Ghana. Abimbola is an articulate and reliable member of Junior Chamber International, Victoria Island (LOM). Where he served as the Executive Secretary of the organization in 2013, and having performed outstandingly, he was nominated as Director of Training 2014, Vice-President 2015 and currently the General Legal Counsel (GLC) 2016.
