I am an Organizational Behaviour specialist with hands-on experience in employee engagement, counselling support, and employer branding research. With a strong foundation in psychology, I bring a people-centric and analytical approach to understanding workplace behaviour and improving organizational outcomes.My experience spans counselling psychology, special education, and leadership roles, where I have worked with diverse groups to support behavioural change, enhance performance, and foster inclusive environments.
