Provide expert knowledge of ROSA Robotic software to help surgeons plan and execute neurosurgery Troubleshoot mechanical and software issues for robots in high stress situations with professional communication and appropriate documentation. Volunteered at the CNS (Congress of Neurological Surgeons) annual meeting over the weekend to represent Zimmer Biomet and actively promote ROSA Brain technology, engaging directly with neurosurgeons to drive awareness, interest, and adoption within the surgical community. Manage territory scheduling, maintenance, and sales for distributing partnerships within Zimmer Biomet. Assist in training and mentoring new hires, receiving positive feedback on teaching ability and professionalism from teammates and leadership. Conduct surgeon trainings and demos for robots and other devices to surgeons.
