Abigail McNeal-Harris recently chose to conclude her role as Director of Development and Operations at Make-A-Wish Central New York, where she led philanthropy, event management, and operational efforts to help fulfill life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses.With over 15 years of experience across the full spectrum of the advancement field—from Advancement Services and Donor Relations, to Annual Giving, Major Gifts, Corporate Development, and Planned Giving—Abigail is a seasoned professional with a broad and comprehensive level of expertise in strategic fundraising, donor engagement, and mission-driven storytelling. Her work spans both the nonprofit and higher education sectors.Currently taking a purposeful professional pause, Abigail is using this time to reflect, recharge, and explore new opportunities for impact. She remains passionate about building authentic relationships, advancing meaningful missions, and collaborating with others to create lasting change. While not actively seeking her next role, she is open to conversations and connections that inspire future growth.
