ABOUT ABIGAIL CLEMENTS-BEWLEY
I am a first six pupil at 4PB specialising in family law.Prior to pupillage, I spent four years working as a family paralegal. I started my career within a Tier 1 ranked team in Manchester, supporting their in-house barrister on complex and high-value matters, before joining a specialist international family law firm in London.My experience includes high net worth and ultra high net worth financial remedies, private children disputes, and pre/post-nuptial agreements, frequently involving complex cross-border issues. During pupillage, I have built on this foundation with exposure to public law proceedings, private children work, financial remedies and international cases (including cases under the inherent jurisdiction and the 1980 Hague Convention).
