As an emerging leader, I have been developing my skills in the design, delivery, and management of talent development programs that provide diverse solutions to upskill employees and execute business strategy.I began my career journey at JELD-WEN in the Early Career Rotational Program where I served in four different roles in the commercial and human resources departments focusing in digital marketing (web, CX, and UX), product line management, retail sales (eCommerce), and talent management. My work throughout the program placed heavy emphasis on data analytics, stakeholder management, and program design and delivery. After graduating the program, I was promoted to Learning Consultant for JELD-WEN\'s Global Learning & Talent Development team.I prioritize diversity, equity, and inclusion in every aspect of my career and champion DE & I initiatives directly through my leadership of employee resource groups. I believe in challenging current systems in order to advocate for employees and create a more passionate and productive workplace. Our company, customers, and communities all flourish when we invest in our people.My time at Queens University of Charlotte allowed me to develop my leadership skills through my involvement in NCAA athletics, Fraternity and Sorority Life, peer education, and other social and educational organizations. I\'ve been able to thrive in a team setting as well as hold independent roles to lead those around me. I have a passion for serving with and for others.
