The Female Advisory Board (FAB) was designed for like-minded and exceptional business leaders across the UK seeking to professionalise, grow or scale their organisations and elevate themselves as Executives or Leaders. This is facilitated in accessing invaluable peer advice, collaborative accountability, high-calibre advisory networks or masterclass speakers, and shared leadership or business experiences across all of our Boards that can truly help achieve better outcomes for all of our Members and their shared ambitions. Being a Female Advisory Board member helps to create a platform for growth amongst business leaders and eliminate the loneliness that comes with being a CEO, Managing Director or Business Owner; while offering a trusted space for female business leaders and entrepreneurs to invest in their own professional development alongside seasoned peers. We hand select and curate our Boards to ensure that there are the right people in the room to add the most value to each other, depending on the size, stage or journey each business is going through.Together, FAB members break through barriers impeding growth and redefine the leadership excellence necessary to excel in today’s competitive and challenging business landscape.
