An experienced Board level executive, with >20 years experience in growing and transforming businesses. Known for being a strategic and operational leader, that is customer and commercially focussed, collaborative and energetic.As the CEO at Zellis, I lead a business that supports 5 million colleagues every month with HR and payroll and work with hundreds of business’ across the UK and Ireland, including 7 out of every 10 retailers and a third of the FTSE 100. Zellis is a private equity backed company, owned by Apax Partners. Before joining Zellis, I led the Transformation division at BT Consumer delivering new products to market, transforming and integrating BT Consumer and EE and bringing to life the strategy. This included products such as BT Sport, BT Mobile, BT Plus (broadband and mobile convergence) and 5G for EE. And change including rightshoring, digital and systems transformation, robotics and automation and operating model change. This division supports >30 million customers, employees and is a £10.5bn business.I have a masters degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from University of Oxford.
