I am the founder and CEO for Abby’s Helping Hands, Hopeful Hearts. It all started back in 2015 when she got involved with the Adopt a Family Program at her work, ATI Flat Rolled Products in Louisville, OH. The plant had been doing the program for over 15 years. In a few years, she started running the program and partnered with the North Canton Jaycees. When the plant was no longer allowed to do the program, Abby worked with the Jaycees to take over the program in 2020. In 2023, she created the nonprofit, Abby’s Helping Hands, Hopeful Hearts to ensure the program would continue on for years to come.
