As a customer experience strategist, I focus on putting customers at the center of all business decisions and initiatives. I support my clients in the development of research-based marketing, communications and experience strategies. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities, but I spend most of my days: 1) Consulting with senior leaders on strategies that focus on customer journeys and improving key business metrics 2) Researching and analyzing customer trends and behaviors, both inside and outside of industry 3) Developing strategies based on insights, and partnering with clients for execution, measurement and iterations Away from work, you can find me loving on my sweet baby, in a yoga class or at a favorite local restaurant. I also love traveling the world and immersing myself in new cultures. Our second place to call home is the tiny island of Ocracoke, North Carolina, which isn\'t shy about showing off some gorgeous sunsets (sneak peek in my photo above).
