I am a land use and development attorney. The primary focus of my practice is providing critical insight and advice to residential, commercial, and institutional developers, as well as major employers. I have dedicated my career to understanding the unique challenges faced by developers, landowners, and architects in Washington, encompassing all aspects of land acquisition and development, from initial due diligence to full entitlement and defending against appeals.With an extensive background in the Puget Sound Region, including Seattle, Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, and Renton, I bring a depth of experience that allows me to effectively address my clients\' specific business and development challenges.
