ABOUT ABIGAIL OCONNELL
Hard working and eager to learn more in the marketing field. I originally went to school for marketing and communications and had a passion for English. My love for writing, reading and creating drew me both to the communications field as well as education.I worked for two years after my undergraduate doing marketing for two companies (SilverSport and SuperBakery). They were vastly different from each other, but I learned a lot from each company. I was eager to go back to school to continue my passion in education. Once I passed my English Praxis, I was accepted into Point Park University’s Masters of Education program. While in school, I began doing my own digital marketing via SEO, social media, advertising, and blogging. The goal was the promote the food and beverage scene within Pittsburgh. I still run this account today and absolutely love it. I’ve learned how to collect proper analytics, interact with the community, and create content. I’ve also been heavily involved in the influencer scene while managing several other local company\'s accounts.I pride myself on being a leader who is organized, strategic, and a team player. I have a strong work ethic and a self-starter mentality. In my current position as a marketing manager, I have led my team through multiple projects and digital campaigns. My attention to detail and interest in data has proven to be helpful while I have built out a new workspace in Monday.com. I have set up a new onboarding process for clients and ensured they are getting what they need each month. My passion lies in learning, creating, and collaborating.
