Ownership Works is a nonprofit, founded by Peter Stavros of KKR, that helps companies extend shared ownership to frontline and low-wage employees, empowering workers to understand their value and build economic resilience.On the Financial Wellbeing team, I design and implement programs that combine employee ownership with financial inclusion. This includes tools like emergency savings, financial coaching, and access to resources that support everyday financial stability and long-term wealth building, creating lasting economic mobility for employees and their communities.
