About Abigail Leach
Partnerships, to me, have always been about one thing β finding the people worth building something with. π€Over the last decade I\'ve worked across SaaS, enterprise tech, and digital marketing, closing deals that actually moved the needle rather than just looked good on paper. I care about the relationships that are still producing results two years after the handshake.Right now I\'m at Eskimoz, a global SEO and digital growth agency with serious traction in the US and UK, where I focus on connecting the right companies with the right opportunities.Outside of work I\'m usually on a trail somewhere β, hunting for good coffee, or getting lost in a gallery. Always up for a real conversation, feel free to reach out.
Experience
VP of Partnerships
Apr 2026 β Present Β· San Francisco, CA, US
Eskimoz is a 14-year-old global SEO and digital growth agency. clients. Offices across Europe, pushing hard into the US and UK. The brands we\'ve worked with speak for themselves β PwC, HubSpot, Matterport, Dell, theTradeDesk. My job is to find the companies we should be growing with and make it happen. What that looks like in practice- Hunting for the right partnership opportunities across SaaS, enterprise tech, and B2B services β platforms, agencies, ecosystem players- Running discovery calls and figuring out fast whether there\'s a genuine fit or not- Structuring deals that actually make sense β referral models, co-sell arrangements, integration partnerships- Owning relationships end to end, from first conversation to signed agreement to making sure it delivers- Working directly with the CEO on international expansion strategy, specifically US and UKWhat I actually care about:Definitely not vanity partnerships or logos on a slide deck. But the ones where both sides are actively sending each other business six months later. Most interesting part about the role is breaking into new markets and earning trust with senior decision makers who\'ve never heard of Eskimoz. That\'s the puzzle. Our track record, our client portfolio, and the quality of the work do most of the talking, my job is to get them to the table first.
