Recruiting talent for 9 of MTM Transit\'s locations across the country (CO, HI, MI, PA, NY, & FL) while promoting our brand as an industry-leading transportation services company- Currently the company\'s SME for fleet technician/mechanic recruiting across the U.S. while also hiring drivers, management, people and culture professionals, dispatchers, etc- Conducting interviews both in-person and over the phone to assess and qualify candidates for full-time, part-time, and contracting opportunities- Coordinating manager and candidate availability for interviews across time zones- Completing and tracking new hire/onboarding documentation including: offer letters, I-9s, employment verification, drug and physical screens, motor vehicle records, and criminal background checks- Utilize our ATS platform (Workday) and job board sites (LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter etc.) to search for and communicate with candidates and hiring managers- Tracking interviews, training attendance, placements, and other metrics with Excel- Recipient of MTM Health\'s Q2 2025 Spotlight Award.
