ABOUT ABIGAIL HARRISON
I am the Executive Director for Digital and Estates at Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation trust. I am passionate about the potential to transform the NHS by harnessing technology and data using an improvement approach to enable rapid testing, evaluation and implementation.I was the CIO for the North West Ambulance Service for 4 and a half years where we rapidly improved our digital maturity and enabled digital innovation. Before moving to Digital as a CIO I specialised in improvement and innovation. During this time I worked regionally and nationally to deliver national measurement systems, large scale change programmes and provide support to teams testing innovative solutions to some of the biggest challenges across the NHS.
