About Abigail Donner
Abigail Donner is an executive leader with twenty years of experience guiding organizations to advance equity as a key programmatic outcome, particularly with and for women and girls. As the executive director of the Global Center for Gender Equality, Ms. Donner leads organizational strategy, fundraising and people management functions. Ms. Donner also leads teams to bring expertise in GESI integration to a range of global health and development programs, helping to identify, articulate and implement strategies that improve programmatic outcomes while addressing inequality. In addition, Ms. Donner is an experienced trainer and skilled facilitator. She has worked with implementing agencies, academic and research institutions and as a consultant to international organizations in more than two dozen countries in Asia, Africa, the Middle East, North America, Latin America and the Caribbean.
