ABOUT ABIGAIL CURL
I’m a Delivery Lead at Dexian, which means I do two things well: find the right person for a hard role and make sure they’re supported long after they start. I lead delivery efforts across roles and teams, partnering closely with recruiters to drive strategy, align on priorities, and ultimately get the right people in the right seats. A lot of my day is sourcing, check-ins, and reading between the lines. The good news is, I love to read!I\'ve been recruiting IT roles for almost four years and I still get excited when a placement lands right. The best part of this job is that it\'s just people the whole way through, finding them, supporting them, rooting for them. Outside of work I logged over 500 miles running last year and I\'m not done! When I\'m not on a run you can find me at a food truck or with my dog Billie, who has not logged 500 miles but is doing her best.
