I am an insurance attorney with experience handling complex coverage and bad faith litigation in federal and state court. Early in my legal career, I focused a significant portion of my practice on appellate work resulting in two published appellate decisions within my first year of practice. I also now serve as a Vice-Chair to the Self-Insurers & Risk Managers and Excess Surplus Lines & Reinsurance Committees within the ABA Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section. Today I am admitted to the Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin state bars, numerous federal district courts, and the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. I regularly publish and present on coverage, bad faith and related issues impacting the insurance industry.
