I started working this position as an office assistant doing various tasks involved with the ordering team. After about 4 months in this position, I was promoted to the Assistant Purchasing Manager. I love my manager, so this was a dream! We recently moved positions around and I am not the Assistant Operations Manager. I have learned much about hard work and communication being in this role. We really push the idea of accountability in the work place and always being willing to own and fix our mistakes. We promise we aren’t perfect, but we also promise we will do everything we can to fix what goes wrong.
