Nearly 70 years ago, my grandfather started a P&A company called Carr Well Service. Throughout time, my father morphed the family business into BCM & Associates, Inc. BCM operated eleven plugging crews across West Texas and Eastern New Mexico. I spent 10 wonderful years learning and working for my Dad - soaking up as much knowledge I possibly could, until his well deserved retirement. My expertise centers around preparing and filing P&A Intent to Plugs, Temporary Abandonments, & post plugging procedures.
